The staff was exceptional and welcoming and provided us with tips. The location was great and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Ubud Palace. The area was very quiet, not far from the bustling Ubud market, cafes, the center of the city, and the yoga barn.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with spacious rooms and a mini fridge. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and ATMs nearby. The staff, especially Ngakan, Poto, and the other lady, were extremely accommodating and made my birthday extra special.
